All entries must be e-mailed and/or postmarked by Dec 1st, 2011 with USAG#. Late entries may be accepted depending on available space but will be subject to a $10 late entry fee. Refunds without a doctor's note maybe given until December 31st and may be given with a doctor's note until January 20th.
Final schedule will be available a month in advance.
