MEGA offers recreational gymnastics for girls ages 6-18. Many times are available.
The classes are progressive so your child will advances as his or ability deems. At the end of every 6 week session you will receive a list of what skills are expected of your child at his or her current level and how many of those skills have been completed.
As well as basic gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor, we also work on flexibility, strength, balance, and overall fitness.
