Order forms due with payment by Thursday, November 30th at 8:30pm
All orders must be on one of our printed order forms and returned to the gym with payment.
Each garment come with your choice of design logo on the center front chest.
Back customization (for example: DAKOTA'S MOM) will also be available for $3.
